The 10th edition of the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair showcased fine wine and spirits from a record 1,070 exhibitors from 38 countries and regions. Serbia and Azerbaijan were among the new pavilions and booths, and they expected to benefit from the Belt and Road Initiative. The fair featured 70 special events, over 50 tasting sessions and industry networking. The fair welcomed nearly 20,000 trade buyers and over 25,000 public visitors during its three-day run.
The 19th Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition) and the second Hong Kong International Outdoor and Tech Light Expo attracted nearly 55,000 buyers. The twin fairs featured close to 3,100 exhibitors from 38 countries and regions, forming the world’s largest lighting marketplace. The Autumn Lighting Fair was divided into various zones to showcase a wide range of innovative and personalised lighting products, including LED & Green Lighting Zone and Smart Lighting Zone. The International Outdoor and Tech Light Expo showcased outdoor and industrial lighting products and systems for construction sites, factories, advertising, stadiums and studios.
The theme of the Eco Expo Asia 2017 was 'Innovative Solutions for Greener Cities'. As a leading international trade fair on environmental protection, the fair attracted 340 exhibitors from 19 countries and regions. For the first time, there were group pavilions from Germany’s Bavaria and Korea. A highlight this year was a new startup zone with 15 exhibitors. The expo attracted some 93 buying missions from 28 countries and regions, gathering more than 2,300 corporate representatives.
